Wisdom codes focuses on current day 2025 energies and how they are helping us merge our past and present, inner child and wise woman. Inside we will discuss the power of what we are being asked to do during these times, as well as Pelvic Floor and womb healing exercises and activations. We discuss the pelvic floor's connection to our whole body system, our nervous system, how we hold ourselves up- figuratively and literally.
